Viva Bianca as Ilithyia in Spartacus Blood And Sand
The actress known to fans as the devious Ilithyia confirmed in an interview with UGO that the upcoming season of Spartacus will be titled Spartacus: Vengeance and is set for a January 2012 premiere.
“Yes, it’s all true. We’re shooting episode two as I speak. Season two is already looking like it will be dynamite. We’ve got a great cast, production team and awesome scripts. It’s been fascinating approaching Ilithyia this second time around, because the woman we meet at the start of season two is quite different to the bright-eyed, giggly young noble woman we first met in season one. Ilithyia has walked the dark side and now carries with her a suitcase of demons from from her very recent times at the Ludus. When once she was the character that knew nothing else but to have everything, now she has a lot to fight against and a lot to fight for.”
The actress says that Whitfield not returning was “a real devastation” but mentions that newcomer Liam McIntyre is not only “gorgeous” but “he has stepped up to the plate valiantly.”
She continued, “It can’t be easy for him, to fill such mighty shoes with so much expectation surrounding him, but he is handling himself with grace and courage. The work I’ve seen of his so far is excellent. Of course, different to Andy, but to compare the two would be fruitless.”
As far as her character getting any redemption for her past indiscretions Bianca said, “I don’t know if there will be any redemption for Ilithyia. It’s hard, when you’re playing a character, to even understand what that kind of concept means. I’m so inside Ilithyia right now, it’s virtually impossible for me to see an outside moral perspective on her.”

Cynthia-Addai-Robinson
Lesley-Ann Brandt revealed a few months back that she wont be coming back so the job was open for a new Naevia.
You will see Cynthia in January 2012 in spartacus season 2 (aka Spartacus: Vengeance).

Filming for Spartacus: Vengeance is due to start in April and will go to air on the Starz Network in late January 2012.

Liam McIntyre New Spartacus
Good news they have finally found a new spartacus.
Australian actor Liam McIntyre has been cast as the Thracian warrior.
The decision comes after a lengthy and difficult process to find a new lead on the cult hit after star Andy Whitfield had to depart the show to resume treatment for cancer. Earlier this month, Starz decided to move forward with a second season as the number of contenders for the role narrowed.
“Since no one can really replace Andy, we realized that we should instead find an actor who can truly lead ‘Spartacus’ forward,” said Starz president and CEO Chris Albrecht in a statement. “It was important to us to have Andy endorse the idea of recasting this part, which he did in the same heroic manner that he’s dealt with his whole ordeal. And that, coupled with our fortune in finding a young actor with the gladiator credentials and the acting ability of Liam, makes it easier for us to keep this hit franchise going.”
